When can I get a refund on a paid listing?
Payments are final once processed. Your refund applies only if Verilo removes your listing. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Payments are non-refundable
Once you have paid for a listing, the charge is final. This policy is set out in our terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this.
When we remove a listing
If our verification team rejects or takes down a paid listing, we refund the full amount automatically to your original payment method. We also issue a credit note for your records.
If you paid in cryptocurrency, we will need a payout address from you to process the refund.
Disputed payments
When a payment is disputed or reversed, any listing bought with that order is removed immediately while we investigate. If the dispute is decided in our favour, the listing can be restored. If it is decided against us, the listing stays down.

- Purchases cannot be reversed once payment clears. Only removals made by our team trigger a refund.

- Yes. When we reject or remove a paid listing, the full payment is refunded to your original payment method, and we send a credit note.

- Your listing is taken down while we investigate. It can be restored if we win the dispute, but stays down if you do.
