How do I manage my notification settings?

Control which notifications you receive, how often, and through email, Telegram or Slack.

Updated

Choose your delivery method

Visit /account/notifications to set up your notifications. For each type of notice, you can select your delivery method: Email, Telegram, or Slack. Telegram and Slack use your own bot or webhook respectively.

Select your frequency

Once you've chosen where to receive notices, pick how often: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest, or Off. This applies to each notice type independently, so you can receive some instantly and batch others into a weekly summary.

If you use Telegram or Slack, optional quiet hours are available to reduce interruptions during your chosen periods.

Notices you cannot turn off

Some notifications are required on record and cannot be disabled:

  • Transaction receipts and refunds
  • Payment problems and disputes
  • Your founder profile or listing status changes
  • Missing verification badges
  • Security notices (new device sign-in, email address changes)
  • Listings held pending profile review

These remain active to keep your account and audit trail current.

Unsubscribe from individual notice types

Every notification email contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. This removes only that specific notice type—other emails will continue as set in your preferences.

Questions people ask

Can I get some notifications instantly and others weekly?
Yes. At /account/notifications, you set the frequency for each notice type separately, so you control the rhythm for each one.
What if I don't want to receive notices on Telegram or Slack?
You can choose Email as your delivery method for any notice type, or turn it Off (except for the notices that cannot be disabled).
Do the quiet hours work for email?
No, quiet hours apply only to Telegram and Slack. Email notices are not affected by quiet hours.
